What to expect
As a therapist I adopt a very holistic approach and like to target the actual source of discomfort rather than just treating the symptoms. My treatments are usually a combination of deep tissue massage and soft tissue release, although I adapt my methods accordingly to treat every client as an individual and ensure that she climbs off the table much more lightly than when she climbed on.
I have always been an avid sports fan which in turn has led to my fascination with the intricate workings of the human body, regardless of the nature of the strain it sustains. Put the two together and voila, you get a very enthusiastic remedial massage therapist. This career path has taken me in many different directions, from working with sports teams and elite athletes, to clinical and spa work. The thing that I really love about being a massage therapist is the fact that every single person is different, and as such every new client is a challenge… oh and I love a challenge!

My big passion is surfing, so whenever I get the chance I like to head off to the coast. I am a very active person and like to keep fit. Much to my dismay there is no sea in London, so on a weekly basis I make do with running, kickboxing, swimming and Pilates. I also, love to travel and experience new cultures… and if the country I’m visiting happens to have a beach with decent waves then that is just awesome!
