My approach combines deep therapeutic bodywork with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Drawing from over 14 years of experience across remedial and sports massage, Thai massage, and East Asian manual therapy traditions, I tailor each treatment to the individual in front of me.
My work focuses on improving movement quality, reducing pain and tension, and helping the body shift out of protective holding patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or restriction. Treatments can involve focused neuromuscular and structural work alongside slower, grounding techniques designed to calm the nervous system and support recovery.
I work in a trauma-informed and collaborative way, paying close attention to how your body responds throughout the session. Whether you are seeking support with persistent tension, recovery from physical strain, stress-related symptoms, or simply space to deeply unwind, treatments are adapted to meet your needs on the day.
I have been practising massage and manual therapy since 2011, originally training in Western remedial and sports massage approaches before expanding my studies into Thai massage and traditional East Asian bodywork practices. My work has also been shaped through long-term mentorship in Shiatsu and Yumeiho methods, alongside ongoing study into nervous system regulation, stress physiology, and trauma-informed practice.
Since 2022, I have also worked as a neurosomatic practitioner, integrating insights from neuroscience, biopsychology, stress and trauma research, and mindful manual therapy approaches into my clinical work. Over time, this has led me to develop a style of treatment that blends effective structural and neuromuscular work with a strong focus on restoration, regulation, and deep relaxation.
I studied Anthropology and Music at SOAS University of London, and I remain deeply interested in the natural and social sciences, particularly subjects exploring embodiment, human behaviour, and the dynamics of organic life. I bring this curiosity into my practice, aiming to offer treatments that are both clinically effective and deeply supportive.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy music, writing, poetry, nature, and long conversations with friends. I am a multi-instrumentalist and hobby musician, and I love exploring mindful movement practices including yoga, breathwork, cycling, and Contact Improvisation.
